People get the idea that they will be loved only if they are perfect , they spend lives trying to please others , they smile a lot and hope everyone will like them.@The little voice inside us has many ways of lowing our self-esteem.1 pining over the past 2 focusing on the future3 mood madness4 procrastinatingsex is more than a physical act , it involves every part of you, not just body,it involves your mind and emotion. @the key ot success1 do everything you can to practice and develop your skills2 try your hardest3 be a good sport @The only way to have self-respect is tohave the courage to be who you are without courage , you can not get what you need .And Courage breeds courage.@Democracyno taxation without representation.The freedoms of expression, assembly, association and the press are importatn ingredients for democracy to functionIt is very hard to imagine political democracy flourishing in an economy where all decisions are made by the government democracy = a goverment of the people , by the people and for the people@determinationyou make more mistakeswhen you are runing scared@honesty= not lying , not cheating , not stealing@Patriotismyou should love your country , but you should not do something that you feel is wrong in the name of your country. You are you .following the pack without acting on your own beliefs will not build your self-esteemthe reality of having a baby is really difficult, a baby demands time, attention , and money. Teenage mothers often get no help or money from baby's father. jobs are harder to handle. Most teenage mothers drop out of school.Too of young mothers ends up trapped in poverty, lonely and bored, with even lower self-esteem.feeling worthless also plays a part in drug and alchol abuse and dropping out of schoolwe grow and develop by trying new things and pushing our limitslive in a country where people are judged by the content of their character
