　　安琦，哈尔滨人，l970年出生，上海外国语大学英语语言文学博士。哈尔滨商业大学外语学院副教授，教学法方向学科带头人。　　1998年起，作者陆续担任第一批全国大学英语四、六级口语考试考官，BEC剑桥商务英语笔试、口试考官，雅思中国考区笔试考官。主持完成新世纪黑龙江省教育厅教改项目等3IrA科研课题。在国家级出版社出版专著1部，在《外语电化教学》《黑龙江高教研究》等CSSCI源期刊发表关于外语教学方向的学术论文3篇。

《外语教学中的教师自主与学生自主:一项基于案例分析的研究》从英语在中国作为外语的现状入手，展开一系列的调查和研究，旨在证实教师自主教学能力在一定程度上对学生自主学习能力的提高有积极的影响这一论断，并且进一步提出有助于培养学生自主学习能力的教师自主教学模式。 

本专著包括六个章节，构成一个有机整体，从整体上对教师自主教学与学生自主学习的关系进行较为全面而透彻的研究和探讨。
