魏娜，中国人民大学公共管理学院教授，博士生导师，中国人民大学人文奥运研究中心（人文北京研究中心）副主任。在政府组织与改革、城市社区治理、非营利组织与志愿服务方面出版了多部著作（教材），发表了数十篇学术论文。2006年被北京奥组委聘为“奥运会志愿者培训专家”；2009年被联合国志愿人员组织聘为“北京奥运会、残奥会志愿者工作专家”。近年来承担多项省部级课题，对人文奥运和志愿服务的理论及实践进行了比较深入的研究与探讨。
