作者简介

全球化潮流深刻影响着各国高等教育的管理和运行模式。创业型管理、跨国教育和市场机制业已成为国际高等教育改革和发展过程中的热门话题。英国布里斯托大学东亚研究中心主任莫家豪教授认为，在知识经济背景，探索创业型大学建设、促进大学公司化和国际化是东亚高等教育管理体制改革的发展趋势。他批判性地认证了国际化对东亚各国高等教育的影响，指出国际化并不意味着单纯遵循西方的标准和实践；东亚各国在向西方国家学习的同时，应该重视自身丰富的文化和传统。笔者认为，理论和实践相结合是教师教育的关键，大学和中小学进行合作是实现这一理想的有效途径。韩国建国大学的安室根教授对韩国目前的教师考核制度提出了质疑，并提出改善都是考核制度的方案。美国西雅图太平洋大学埃利斯教授阐述教育研究对教师专业化发展的意义和途径，深入分析增加都是教学经验的原则、儿童的自然倾向、高成就学生的特征、培养学生形成思考的能力等方面的问题。
