内容概要

董敏，1979年生，山东曲阜人。2000年毕业于曲阜师范大学外语系，同年考入四川外语学院英语语言文学专业硕士研究生，师从龙日金教授，2003年毕业获硕士学位，同年考入北京师范大学话语分析方向博士研究生，师从田贵森教授，2006年毕业获博士学位。现为北京航空航天大学外国语学院英语系讲师，硕士生导师，全国功能语言学研究会会员、语用学研究会会员。主要研究兴趣包括话语分析、功能语言学、法律语言研究、科技英语翻译、语用学和语言符号学。先后在《四川外语学院学报》、《西安外国语学院学报》、《外语教学》、《修辞学习》、《外语与外语教学》等杂志发表论文十余篇。

《实践取向的语类语义构型社会符号研究》在比较分析几种主要的语类研究方法的基础上，分析比较了Halliday和Bakhtin的社会符号理论，并借鉴Thibault提出的实践型社会符号观，形成一种新的实践型社会符号语类框架，将语类界定为建构话语社团语境和语篇化语义模式功能关系复合体的语类语义构型。这是《实践取向的语类语义构型社会符号研究》在语类分析方面拓宽研究领域的一个创新。在此基础上，运用实践型社会符号语类框架对当前中国民事一审判决书这一特定的法律语类进行系统性分析，尝试性地从语类分析角度探讨当前中国民事诉讼中的热点问题，包括当前的司法公正理念、当前民事诉讼法律关系结构、司法判决中的法律推理以及当前民事判决书制作的整体结构。从而为当前法律语言研究进行新的探索，是语言学研究致力于解决实际司法问题的尝试和实践，是社会符号学应用研究与法律语言学语篇研究的跨学科研究与探索，具有很强的应用价值。
