几点小感

*其实很多观点都是我们早就熟知的。*开篇一再强调的文化差异影响思维方式，所以应该以宽容和理解的眼光看世界是很少人做得到的。*有关日本教育那一章讲的很深入。*每一段文字都有TOPIC SENTENSE搞到有时候不想看下文，看第一句就行了*总的来说觉得有的地方写的有点冗长，显得累赘。*全篇用大白话写，非常reader-friendly，读来很亲切，不向其他一些学术文章很晦涩。

They were distrusted by many Americans. I take special pleasure, therefore, in testifying to their help and kindness during the time when I was gathering the material for this book.
