To be an anthology, the collection work of this book is quite reasonable; it assembled the most moved parts of the most moved articles from American literature stacks, and its inclusion is diverse and classical. Individuals are able to both appreciate the linguistic grace of English and touch the essential of American spirits.In aspect of English sturdy purpose, to be honest, many historical words which are included in the book have been out of fashion. Therefore I recommend this book to some mature English students for a wide reading.
