If you read this book after you have finished HAROLD KERZNER’s Project Management (10th Edition), you would think it is quite simple. At least that is what I think. When beginning to read the book, I thought the organization of the contents was not clear enough, the important part is not specifically asserted, and neither is sufficient examples given. Yet, as the reading went on, I realized why the book is for dummies. The author clarifies the entire process of project management in way that is easy for beginners to understand and follow: each phase of project management has been broken down to several points and you can just take and use! But it is probably not as the author declares in the introduction that senior practitioners can learn new knowledge from the book. The experienced PMs should more look to practice, anyway, that is what project management is about.
