This proceedings are a collection of papers submitted to 3 International Symposium for Intelligent Information Technology in Agriculture held in Beijing,China on October 14-16,2005.

Information and communication technologies are becoming more and more important for rural development for all the countries.All commercial crop animals production systems are potential users of ICT products.Many ICT systems have been developed to help agricultural scientists,extension workers,adminization of agriculture.Many countres established academic society and research centers from developed and developing countries to exchange ideas together.The ISIITA provides a platform for esperts from develped and developing countries to come together and get familiar with each other.
