UTChinese is a small not-for-profit Chinese student organization in Canada. Founded in 2006 and based at the University of Toronto, we are dedicated to fostering and promoting Chinese art, culture, thoughts, and spirit through our "UTChinese" magazines. With more than 3,000 full color printed copies per issue and five issues per year, our magazines are being distributed in all three campuses of the University of Toronto as well as several off-campus locations, and have become the most influential Chinese publication at the University.
We also organize a variety of events to assist Chinese youth with their studies, daily lives and careers, and to promote organized education, career, arts, recreation, athletics, social service and other Chinese community endeavors.
Our Mission is "to build the best platform for students to interact and to express themselves in relation to ideas, arts and culture, as well as to create the best value for their lives, their academic endeavors and their future careers". We are commented as the "most successful student group at the university in the past 20 years" by Ben Yang, Director of the International Student Center at the University of Toronto. We are also commented as the best student organization that "exceeds any others" by Roger Francis, Director of Arts and Science Co-Op Programs at the University of Toronto Scarborough.

我们的使命是“为学生营造以思想、艺术、文化为主题的交流和表达的最佳舞台，并在生活、学习、事业方面创造最高价值”。
作为一个平台，多大中文为每一个海外华人学生提供彼此交流的载体；作为一个舞台，多大中文为每一个海外华人学生提供自我展示的机会；作为一个基地，多大中文则为每一个海外华人学生提供从生活到思想上的支援和关怀；作为一个媒体，多大中文代表着年轻人向世界发出最完整的呼声。
