内容概要

袁建华，硕士，1960年10月生，湖南溢阳人，保险学副教授。1983年毕业于湖南吉首大学英语系。1992年毕业于上海师范大学英语系，获文学硕士学位。1995年10月，经过选拔考试，被中国人民保险公司公派到英国伦敦CIC Holdings培训中心学习，获Generl Insurance＆Reinsurance证书。
