《中国语境下的系统功能语言学研究》主要内容简介：王红阳是我指导毕业的第27位“功能语言学”博士。在认识和了解红阳之前，有两个人极力向我推荐她。一个是我的英国导师，另一个是我的一个认识她多年的学术朋友。两位除了谈到红阳基础扎实，聪明能干，追求上进以外，还特别提到她积极的生活态度。英国的老师说，Sunny（红阳的英文名）热爱生活，喜欢大自然，是中国人中少见的环境保护积极分子；中国的朋友说她积极向上，乐于奉献，曾被推选为“十佳青年”候选。
