插图：5.1.1 Take the installation of one turbine as a combined unit work and the installation of one main part as a unit work. Check and rate the quality of each main part and then rate the installation quality of each turbine based on the quality grade of each main part.5.1.2 The parts to be matched with each other shall be preassembled or be qualified with dimension fitting before being hoisted and assembled.5.2 Check items and rating criteria5.2.1 Installation quality of draft tube liner shall be rated in accordance with Table 5.2.1.5.2.2 Installation quality of tubular seat and hatch cover shall be rated in accordance with Table 5.2.2.5.2.3 Installation quality of distributor shall be rated in accordance with Table 5.2.3.5.2.4 Assembly quality of runner shall be rated in accordance with Table 5.2.4.5.2.5 Installation quality of main guide bearing shall be rated in accordance with Table 5,2.5.5.2.6 Installation quality of rotating parts shall be rated in accordance with Table 5.2.6.5.2.7 Installation quality of servomotor shall be rated in accordance with Table 5.2.7.

Part 11 of Quality Rating Criteria for Unit Works of Water Resources and Hydropower Project: Installation Works of Bulb Tubular Turbine Generator Unit （hereinafter as "this Standard"） is prepared in accordance with the requirement of "Notice on Printing the Development and Revision Plan of Professional Standards in 2005 （Document 739, 2005） issued by the National Development and Reform Commission of the People's Republic of China.This Standard is formulated on the basis of Chapters 2 and 7 concerning the installation of bulb tubular turbine generator unit specified in SDJ249.3——1988 Installation Works of Hydro turbine-generator Unit of Quality Rating Criteria for Unit Works of Water Resources and Hydropower Project: （hereinafter as"he original standard"） jointly issued by the former Ministry of Energy and Ministry of Water Resources, at the meantime adopted the progress of the technology of bulb tubular turbine generator unit at home and abroad in recent years and in accordance with the technical requirements of GB/T 8564—— 2003 Specifications for the Installation of Hydraulic Turbine Generator Units.
