作者简介

　　《船舶驾驶员实用英语口语》与广大船舶驾驶员及公司管理人员见面以来，深受广大读者的喜爱。在此基础上笔者又深入船舶的生产实践，不断推敲所选的内容。针对国际海事组织的《标准航海通信用语》已于2001年做了较大的修改的现实，为了适应国际海上通信的要求，同时考虑到STCW95公约生效以来，对船舶驾驶员的航海英语应用能力要求的提高，笔者对原版中不符合英语语法的内容做丁注释或规范，如尽量避免使用情态动词，尽量不使用定冠词和不定冠词等。　　新的版本删除了原来的生活会话部分，使得该书特点更明显、更专业、更全面，其作用已经具备航海专业口语工具书性质。　　同时在写作过程中参照了STCW95公约对海船船长、船舶驾驶员的要求，同时参照了《中华人民共和国船员考证大纲》2004年最新版本的要求，使得该书实践与考试相结合，使用和工具相结合。
