韩秀峰,中国科学院物理研究所研究员、博士生导师。课题组组长。1984年毕业于兰州大学物理系,1993年在吉林大学获博士学位。主要从事“自旋电子学材料、物理和器件”研究,包括:磁性隧道结及隧穿磁电阻(TMR)效应、多种铁磁复合隧道结(MTJ)材料、新型磁随机存取存储器(MRAM)、磁逻辑,自旋纳米振荡器、自旋晶体管、磁电阻磁敏传感器等原理型器件的研究。已发表SCl学术论文200余篇,获得中国发明专利授权50余项和国际专利授权5项。与合作者研制成功一种新型纳米环磁随机存取存储器(Nanoring MRAM)原理型演示器件、四种磁电阻磁敏传感器原理型演示器件:其中“纳米环磁性隧道结及新型纳米环磁随机存取存储器的基础性研究”获2013年度北京市科学技术奖一等奖。

  •     I think it could be the best book in the area of spintrinic in latest ten years in China!I also made minor contributions to this book, but really negligible comparing to the contributions from the prominent professors, like the chief editor Prof. X. -F. Han, Prof. S. S. Yan, and many other scientists. Based on my preparing for the materials, this book must cost the scientists much time to write and refine the drafts again and again. At the upset, it was also very unimpressed like many other monographs contributed by Chinese scholars. in my old impression, Chinese's monographs in the field of Physics were always prepared roughly and were like many huge reviews without critical thoughts. However, this book emerges with some new thoughts and good arrangements. What's more, I need it to "modify" and "update" some information in the correlated aspects in research.I think students, teachers, professors and any other people who are engaged in this domain, should have a look at this book, even if some chapters or pages. Once read, you may find it useful to use. It should be one of the nice books in your shelf.
