作者简介

中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十三个五年规划纲要，简称“十三五”规划（2016－2020年），规划纲要《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十三个五年规划的建议》编制，主要阐明国家战略意图，明确政府工作重点，引导市场主体行为，是2016－2020年中国经济社会发展的宏伟蓝图，是各族人民共同的行动纲领，是政府履行经济调节、市场监管、社会管理和公共服务职责的重要依据。 五年规划，是中国国民经济计划的重要部分，属长期计划。主要是对国家重大建设项目、生产力分布和国民经济重要比例关系等作出规划，为国民经济发展远景规定目标和方向。 实现“十三五”时期发展目标，破解发展难题，厚植发展优势，必须牢固树立并切实贯彻“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”的发展理念。本书是其英文版。
