In addition， they are training hundredsof counselors， who visit schools and Internet cafes.　　In the 28，000 Internet cafes in South Korea， minors（未成年人） are banned from entry after 10 pro. Theauthorities have even discussed reducing the points ofgarners who play for more than three consecutive （连续的） hours. But such talks have produced no agreement，among concerns that such restrictions would harma high-growth industry and worsen the problem ofteenagers stealing adult online identification numbers.　　"Sooner or later we will be able to announceour measures，" the minister for information andcommunication， Rho Jun Hyoung， said at a newsconference in May. "Since South Korea is one of themost active and developed countries in the Internet， theworld is paying great attention to what policy we willadopt on this problem."
